Painted while under the influence of Waterhouse- that's if Waterhouse had painted ginger elfs and little dragons. The dragon may have retrieved the ring of power from the waters behind, at the behest of his flame-haired, pointy-eared mistress, and no doubt mischief will soon be afoot.
