Oils, 67 x 41cm, Sept 2007

Commissioned piece. I think I've improved since then, and it could have used a bit more work...

But it has a certain charm.

The client wanted to see blood. I couldn't bring myself to make it a joust of war, for some reason.

I had to get someone else to paint the blood, later on, which is not seen here.
